Cancellation Policy
What is your attendance and cancellation policy?
Attendees must be a current employee of a law enforcement agency. Outside attendees considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us if you’d like to be considered.
Student substitutions are acceptable and encouraged as opposed to a cancellation. We ask that if you must cancel, you help us fill the seat by finding or sending someone else from your agency.
Cancellations within 10 calendar days of class are responsible for payment of 50% tuition.
No shows on the day of class will be charged and are responsible for full tuition.
