Core Four Leadership Courses
Blue Line Leadership
This Track I course is designed for police officers, deputies, FTO’s, corporals, & detectives of all tenure and assignment, including patrol, administrative, investigative, and specialty unit assignments. Broaden your perspective, your impact, your happiness, and your Blue Line Leadership!
Front Line Leadership
This Track II course is for all peace officers of all ranks, tenure, and assignment. Front Line Leadership will take you on a journey of rejuvenation, passion for the profession, enhanced commitment, personal growth, fulfillment, happiness, and resilient professional leadership.
Next Level Leadership
This Track III course takes things to the “next level” of leadership. Next Level Leadership is for all peace officers of all ranks, tenure, and assignment. Deepen your understanding of today’s profession & challenges, the value of quality organizational leadership, communication, leading police cultures, all while improving your professional and personal relationships.
Critical Incident Leadership
This Track IV course will develop and greatly improve your critical decision-making skills. In other words, this course will teach you how to think and make quality decisions in chaos. All peace officers of all ranks, tenure, and assignment are welcome and encouraged to attend.

Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC)
An absolute must take course to acquire the skills to truly save a life, others’ lives and maybe your own! This course provides in-depth coverage of response protocols and priorities, potential threat and injury scenarios, mass casualty triage, and rapid medical stabilization care skills. Learn how to use the most up to date TECC techniques and equipment.
The Polly Klaas Case Study Lessons Learned
Taught by the investigator who lived it for three years, from the night of the abduction through the death penalty court case, this course will examine major lessons learned through a case study of the kidnapping and murder of 12 year old Polly Hannah Klaas; a case which rocked our nation and changed major case investigation protocols forever.
Firearms, Family, Friends, and YOU
A course designed for newer members of our profession and their family members. Introducing a firearm into your family life can be tricky, maybe even stressful for some. To prevent tragedy, this course will review basic firearms safety rules, firearms terminology, police culture, and the need for everyday firearm safety. Officers and family members encouraged to attend.

- Courtroom Testimony – a class for all peace officers taught by an expert career prosecutor. Learn how to write better reports, prepare for, and testify in court.
- Work Comp – a class for all peace officers taught by experts in the field. Learn the proper process for intaking work comp claims, related laws, protocols, the work comp process, and common errors.
- Dangerous Crossroads: the Intersection of the First & Fourth Amendments – learn about dangerous areas for peace officers involving the 1st and 4th Amendments and ways to avoid these areas from an expert attorney who represents officers in these areas.
- Critical Incident Preparation – what are they, how to prepare for them, what to do during them, and what to expect after them. Taught by expert critical incident investigators and representatives.
- Social Media – learn from experts what the social media issues, misconceptions, and implications are for today’s peace officer.
