Blue Line Leadership
This Track I course is designed for police officers, deputies, FTO’s, corporals, & detectives of all tenure and assignment, including patrol, administrative, investigative, and specialty unit assignments. Broaden your perspective, your impact, your happiness, and your Blue Line Leadership!
Front Line Leadership
This Track II course is for all peace officers of all ranks, tenure, and assignment. Front Line Leadership will take you on a journey of rejuvenation, passion for the profession, enhanced commitment, personal growth, fulfillment, happiness, and resilient professional leadership.
Next Level Leadership
This Track III course takes things to the “next level” of leadership. Next Level Leadership is specifically designed for a higher and broader level of leadership conversation with those of supervisory, middle-management, command staff, and executive ranks. That said, all members of a law enforcement agency are welcome and encouraged to attend, as many have found this course enlightening about the “next levels” of law enforcement leadership.
This course needs to be mandatory for all. Too many times we get sent to mandatory training that has little to no impact on our daily work, lives, or careers. This training was not one of them, this training has been very insightful, inspiring, and fruitful. I can attest I will be using these concepts in all aspects of my professional life and personal life.
